Our Wax Melts are made of a combination or blend of Soy, Paraffin, and or Coconut wax.

Always use an approved wax melt warmer. Never try to melt the wax in anything other than a proper Wax Melter.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused or is damaged in transit. Please contact us via the contact form before you send the item back, A return must be approved before you send the item back to us.

We use USPS, either Parcel Select, First Class, or Priority Mail. FedEx or UPS can be used if requested before your order is processed.

Typically the melting point for most wax melts is around 120 - 130 degrees, some slightly higher. Sitting in a mailbox or a hot vehicle they can begin to get soft and even start to melt. We have a cooling bubble wrap that we use to keep them cool enough to stay intact.
